What happens next

So you know what you are agreeing to when you book a site visit. It is a conversation, not a sales appointment.

    We agree a time

    Usually within a few days. Evenings and weekends are fine. Most people want the family there, which helps, since they will be the ones using it.

  2. 2

    We measure and listen

    Room size, ceiling height, flooring, window positions, power points, and where you want to sit. We also ask what you watch, because a room set up for films is different to one set up for cricket and gaming.

  3. 3

    You get a layout and a price

    A speaker layout for your room and an itemised equipment list with a price against each line, in writing, so you can compare it with other quotes.

  4. 4

    You decide, in your own time

    No deposit is taken at the site visit and nothing is ordered until you say so. Take a month to think about it, or get another quote, if you want to.

If your room does not suit what you are asking for, we will tell you at stage two, before you order. It costs us a sale occasionally. It is still the right way to run a shop.
